The staff is very friendly and excellent, and the owner too. the room is immaculately clean and well-appointed with jacuzzi bath. - the hotel has a top and magnificent location, only a short distance to Church of Our Lady.

exceptionally friendly hotel, it has super restaurant and magnificent location to grote markt. i liked the staff, they are really helpful. the breakfast is savoury with scrambled egg, there's an option for each taste.

For the price we paid, we got great value and had a comfortable room. The location was quiet and convenient, just a short walk to the center. The staff, particularly the owner Carmen, were great too make our stay enjoyable. She even stored our bikes in her locked garage and washed our cycling kit. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the coffee was excellent.

I loved the variety of Belgian beers at the bar, perfect for a hoppy evening. The hotel's location on the edge of the city center was great for quiet nights. The continental breakfast was delicious and the private bike parking was convenient.

So disappointing that there were only 65 different Belgian beers at the bar. I was hoping for at least a hundred.
